This is the first video I ever saw of the Saint Martin in the Fields Philadelphia bells in action I never actually got to hear the sound of those bells because one person that I saw ringing their never got footage of the ringing, this is ithe first video I ever saw the bells in action! Thank you so much… I know it's not the same as being there, but for those of us in the states who fell in love with change bringing through Dorothy Sayers descriptions, it is a treat to be able to go online and search for the sound. i've heard it a few times in my life, but I have not yet had the pleasure of hearing York Minster, although I have been there.

These bells are absolutely lovely. I would love to have the chance to ring at Liverpool Cathedral and, if possible, ring that lovely 82cwt tenor as well.
